I love movies. A few years ago I travelled up and down the British Islands, looking at scenarios where famous films were shot.
I'll be posting some of the pictures of these places in my blog. I would like to start with Ryan's Daughter, the David Lean’s film that exploits all the wild beauty of Ireland, mostly filmed at the Dingle Peninsula. This is the little beach, where the protagonist, Sarah Miles, loses her umbrella that glides from the cliffs to the sand in a beautiful scene. It is also the place of the weapons landing during the night, in the middle of a storm similar to the picture I took at dusk.
